The Casa Fantasia, an elegant restored 350m2 villa located in famous Santa Catalina, is just a 3 min walk away from Paseo Maritimo, the

Cathedral and the Mediterranean Sea.

 

The beautiful villa was uniquely created from three fishermen's houses and provides the old charm despite a high standard including a stunning roof terrace with a view above the ocean, the yacht harbor and the cathedral.

Kitchen & Living room

 

Casa Fantasia has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a spacious living room for all residents with a fireplace and a dinner table.

The Patio & Terrace

The bedrooms are arranged around the charming patio in the middle of the town house. Via the stairs you reach the rooftop terrace with a perfect view and a barbecue station.

The Location
​

Located directly in Santa Catalina, with lots of nice restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The cathedral of Palma and the marina are just a 5 min walk away.

Airport​
​

The airport Palma de Mallorca (PMI) is just a few minutes away by car. Santa Catalina is a part of Palma.

The Casa Fantasia has 6 double rooms and one triple room spread over three floors, several bathrooms, a stunning roof terrace and a patio.

Yacht Harbor

There is the long promenade right along the seafront. This is the place to admire the impressive marinas with it's super-yachts. Great places to hang out and enjoy the seafront are Cafe La Varadero, Bar Darsena or the Portixol Restaurant.

Palma Cathedral

The majestic 14th century Sa Seu Gothic cathedral with its imposing buttresses of soft yellow sandstone is overlooking the impressive bay. The cathedral’s interior offers a combination of classic Gothic architecture with a touch of modernista by architect Gaudi.

Galleries & Exhibitions

For a cultural experience, head to the Modern and Contemporary Art Museum Es Baluard, a 21st century building sympathetically integrated into a 16th century bastion. The gallery has a wide range of events & 

a restaurant with great terraces

and sea view.

Tapas y Cañas

The neighbourhood of Santa Catalina, with its old city charm and lively atmosphere, is a great place to sample some delicious Mallorcan cuisine. Don't miss the deliciously spicy seafood dish, "frito de marisco", washed down with a cold "caña", the name for any beer.

Palma old town

The historical centre is compact and pleasant. It offers an excellent mix of hotels, culture, history, gastronomy, shopping and nightlife.

El Paseo Maritimo

Lined with palm trees and marinas, the main road where Palma meets it's beautiful bay stretches for over 5km of coastline and incorporates a separate path for cyclists, roller skaters and pedestrians.
